Policies

The hall is available for day-time rental between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, and for evening rental from 6:00 to 11:00 pm. There is a 2-hour cleanup period between functions.
A $50 deposit is due when you reserve the hall. The balance is due two weeks prior to the start of the events.

To reserve the hall, you must fill out the Function Hall Agreement and the Facility Insurance Waiver, available below. Submit completed forms to postmanager@townsendvfw.org.
The total number of guests must be confirmed 10 days before the event.

Hall closes at 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, and midnight on Friday and Saturday.


Minimum beverage fee: $100 for less than 40 guests, or $150 for 40+ guests.
